Mad about Pizza
Maddie’s is The Moorings’ Little Sister.
The venue takes its name from the scallop shell Madeleine cakes, which have become a signature bake at The Moorings and a firm breakfast staple.
A warm and luxurious space, Maddie’s is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner to resident and non-resident guests, seven days a week.
Serving the freshest, made to order a la carte breakfast every morning from 8:30- 11:30AM the menu switches to Italian sunshine and the language of love- pizza- from noon till late.
Using the freshest, high quality produce, specifically sourced, our pizzas are cooked in a state of the art Venetian pizza oven.
The sourdough base from Matthew’s lockdown starter, goes through a 48 hour fermentation, and creates the perfect Neapolitan base.
We’re not just proud of our pizzas, we’re mad about them and we’re convinced you will be too!
*We welcome well behaved dogs (and owners) in Maddie’s, please keep your well behaved pets at your feet and not on our beautiful banquettes.
